Driven by a newfound passion for coaching, I became determined to enhance my skills. Starting with an internal leadership course, I soon realised I had an affinity for coaching and decided to pursue a diploma in Executive Coaching with the Academy of Executive Coaching.
In 2023, I took the bold step to found Alun Bedding Coaching and Consulting, a dedication to help extraordinary thinkers.

I use strategic silence and "uncomfortable" questions to spark clarity, balanced with an infusion of playfulness to keep the momentum high.
Whether individually or in teams, it’s not just about professional development; it’s about bringing new life to the way you work.
I am passionate about climate change and, following a diagnosis of autism, neurodiversity. I bring both of these into my coaching.
Outside of coaching, I enjoy walking in the hills and also many sports, particularly rugby and cricket.
I also keep myself relaxed with a daily meditation practice. I feel this really has a massive benefit on my coaching.
